3rd Fall Meeting of the DGMS Young Scientists
We are happy to announce that the 3rd Fall Meeting of the DGMS Young Scientists will take place from September 18th to 20th, 2023 in the Monastery Hünfeld. Liebe Mitglieder der DGMS, liebe Young Scientists,
gute Neuigkeiten für die Unschlüssigen: Die Deadline für die Beitragseinreichung beim diesjährigen Young Scientists Fall Meeting wurde bis zum 31.Juli 2023 verlängert! Wir freuen uns weiterhin auf Abstracts und Anmeldungen.
Die wichtigsten Aspekte hier noch einmal in aller Kürze zusammengefasst:
Das Young Scientists Fall Meeting 2023 wird vom 18. bis 20. September wieder im Kloster Hünfeld stattfinden. Während der dreitägigen Konferenz soll jungen WissenschaftlerInnen eine Bühne geschaffen werden, um ihre aktuelle Forschung in Form eines Vortrags oder Posters vorzustellen. Die besten Beiträge werden wie jedes Jahr vom Publikum ausgewählt und ausgezeichnet. Neben dem wissenschaftlichen Programm wird es viel Raum für persönlichen Austausch mit WissenschaftlerInnen und möglichen ArbeitgeberInnen geben.
Die Registrierung erfolgt über das Portal auf der Homepage der DGMS Young Scientists: https://youngscientists.dgms.eu
Die Zimmerreservierung im Kloster Hünfeld erledigen wir! Für eine ganztägige Verpflegung wird gesorgt sein. Die Kosten inklusive Übernachtung und Verpflegung werden vor Ort bezahlt und werden sich auf etwa 99 € pro Übernachtungstag belaufen.
Wichtig:
Mitglieder der DGMS können für das Fall Meeting eine Reisekostenbeihilfe im Mitgliederbereich der DGMS-Homepage beantragen, sobald sie von uns eine Zusage für ihren Beitrag erhalten haben. Die Deadline für Anträge ist der 31. August (bitte notieren!).

good news for the hesitant: The deadline for submissions and registrations to this year’s DGMS Young Scientists Fall Meeting has been extended to July 31, 2023! We are very much looking forward to your abstracts and registrations.
Read about the most important aspects of the conference below:
DGMS Young Scientists Fall Meeting will take place from September 18th to20th, once again at the monastery of Hünfeld. During the three-day conference, young scientists will be given a stage to present their current research in form of a talk or poster. As every year, the best contributions will be selected by the audience and awarded. In addition to the scientific program, there will be plenty of room for personal exchange with scientists and potential future employers.

Room reservations at the Hünfeld Monastery will be arranged for you! All-day catering will be provided. The costs for accommodation and food will be paid on site and will be in the amount of approximately 99 € per day.
Important:
Members of DGMS can apply for a travel grants for the Fall Meeting in the members' area of the DGMS homepage as soon as they have received a confirmation from us for their contribution. The deadline for applications is August 31 (please note!).
