Topics for LC-MS fields of application include routine analysis in industry, food technology, environmental analysis and medicine (e.g., identification & quantification of analytes, quality control), as well as the use of LC-MS in research (e.g., metabolomics, proteomics). Small organic molecules are also in focus as well as proteins.
